Coming to Alsahar: what you need to know
From finding the way and checking in to the amenities in the house. One read before you arrive is all you need.

Finding us
From the Ancient Town, follow Nguyen Duy Hieu Street. At number 77 you’ll see a lane with the wooden Alsahar sign in gold letters; walk in about 50 m. The front yard fits up to 2 cars.

Opening the gate
Alsahar sends you the entry code and instructions via Zalo before your arrival. Please close the gate when you come in and when you leave.

Check-in
Pick up the key card with your room’s name at the counter, then send a photo of your ID or passport via Zalo for the required guest registration. Shoes go on the rack; house slippers are provided.

Times
Check-in from 14:00, check-out by 11:30. For early check-in or late check-out, message us ahead and Alsahar will arrange it.
In the house
Amenities and a few small notes
- Jacuzzi: press the button on the right side of the pool to turn it on. Soak for up to about 15 minutes, rest 20 minutes, then go again. Please switch it off when you’re done.
- Waterfall pool: runs automatically 8:00–11:30 and 15:00–17:30.
- Wi-Fi, TV: the Wi-Fi password is in your room. TVs have Netflix and YouTube Premium.
- Bicycles: 5 shared bikes, no time limit.
- Breakfast: 7:30–10:30, order ahead, 80,000 VND per person.
- Snack corner: water, beer and snacks with prices marked; just let us know what you had at check-out.
FAQ
Questions guests often ask
Can I rent the entire villa?
Yes. Alsahar takes both single-room bookings and entire-villa bookings. With 3 rooms or more, the whole house is for your group only, with no other guests. See the entire villa rates.
We’re a group of 6. Which rooms should we book?
Two options: rent the entire villa with 3 rooms, or book 1 Apartment Family plus 1 Studio Deluxe or 1 Twin. Message Alsahar your dates and we’ll suggest the cheaper option.
Can we cook and have a BBQ?
Yes. Room guests pay 50,000 VND per person for the BBQ and tidy up by 21:30. Entire-villa guests use it for free and tidy up by 10:00 the next morning.
Do you offer airport pickup?
Yes, private transfers from Da Nang airport, train station or bus station: 300,000 VND for a 4-seat car, 350,000 VND for 7 seats, 450,000 VND for 16 seats.
What about extra guests?
Extra adult 200,000 VND per person, child under 6 100,000 VND per child. For entire-villa bookings there is a 500,000 VND Saturday surcharge and 1,000,000 VND on public holidays.
Is there an iron and hair dryer in the room?
Yes. Every room has bathrobes, toiletries, a hair dryer, an iron, a fridge, a Smart TV and a luggage rack.
