Starting from the Hoi An Ancient Town, you can follow Nguyen Duy Hieu Street. Go to the location No. 77 Nguyen Duy Hieu you will see the alley to enter Alsahar. (In front of the alley there is a wooden Alsahar sign, painted in gold).

You just need to go within 50m to come. Inside, there is a land that can accommodate up to 2 cars of 4 or 7 seats.

There is an electromagnetic lock box on the left side of the door, Use the Smart Card attached to the room card to open the gate (Please close the gate before entering the house).

Press the EXIT button to open the gate from inside the villa, (Please close before leaving)

The key used to open the room door is located in your room. Please keep your keys and cards carefully during your stay.

1. Footwear: Put your shoes on the shelf, Alsahar has prepared house slippers for you. You can choose the shoes that suit you best.

• Free Wifi: Password – alsaharhoian. Wifi will always be transparent and enough traffic for you to use comfortably.
• Netflix/ Youtube: The TV in Alsahar is a smart TV, we bought the Pro package of Netflix so you can enjoy the movie freely.
• Jacuzzi Pool: Just press the button to the right of the jacuzzi pool and you will be able to use Alsahar’s free 24/7 soaking and hydromassage service. (Note that each use is not more than 15 minutes/person. Rest for 20 minutes and then use again).

Please turn off the jacuzzi when not in use. Villa will charge a service fee of 200,000/hour if you still turn on the jacuzzi and don’t use it.

• The waterfall pool will run automatically at 2 time frames (morning from 8:00 to 11:30 am) and afternoon from 15:00 to 17:30.
• Towels and robes are free to use. Additional towels are provided in the pool area. 
• The photo pontoon will be rotated according to the seasons and Alsahar’s inspirations.
• Free bicycles for no time limit (Alsahar’s number of vehicles is limited to 5 shared bicycles).
• Full breakfast set (for guests staying in single rooms) is served from 7:30 am to 10:30 am. Pre-order set menu, fruit, cakes and drinks on request.
• 

• Afternoon tea floating tray: There are 2 sets of floating trays (Double 200,000/tray and family 280,000/tray). You need to order floating tray service 2 hours before use.

• Snacks include water, beer and some snack packages for you to sip or relieve hunger at night. All dishes are priced. You are free to use it and report the quantity to the housekeeper when checking-out.
• Motorbikes will be rented for you if you need them. Motorbike rental price for 1 day and night is from 150,000 to 200,000 VND/motorbike.
• Laundry service: 40,000 VND/kg of mixed clothes
•  Foaming bath sponge (for rooms with bathtub) is prepared in advance by Alsahar and available in the room at the listed price.
• Cooking service, or BBQ on request, you can use the free kitchen to heat food. However, if you need to cook a party or use the BBQ service (applicable to individual rooms), Alsahar will charge a fee of 50,000/person/cooking session.
• Birthday party decoration service at the jacuzzi lake lobby: Service fee 500,000/time.

• Disposable/reusable items: Alsahar Hoi An always believes that small actions will always contribute to great meaning in environmental protection. In Alsahar, we will not provide disposable toothbrushes, but we will provide free toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, hand sanitizer for you to use in reusable bottles.

• DO NOT MAKE NOISE: Guests who do not make noise after 22:00, do not hold parties or cause any disorderly events that affect other guests will be invited out of the villa and will not be refunded.
• SECURITY SAFETY (CCTV 24/7)– You are not allowed to conduct or participate in forms of gambling, prostitution, use of stimulants, drugs (including laughing balls) and explosives in accordance with the Laws of Vietnam. Do not gather more than the number of guests registered with Alsahar.
• Do not allowed to receive guests after 10pm. Do not use items not included in the guest room without the permission of the housekeeper or staff.
